1. How long do Cowshed candles burn for?
Approximately 45 hours.

2. How do I get the most out of my candle?
On first use, allow the candle to burn for at least two hours so the top layer melts evenly. Burn your candle in a place with little airflow to help it burn evenly. Always leave at least one centimetre of wax at the base to prevent the glass from overheating.

3. How do I stop my candle from tunnelling?
On the first burn, let the wax melt right to the edges of the glass and avoid very short burns. If tunnelling has already started, trim the wick to about 5–6 mm and burn for a longer session so the wax can even out. Always follow candle safety guidelines and never leave a burning candle unattended.

4. What wax and wick do Cowshed candles use?
Our candles are made with a soy-mineral wax blend for a clean, even burn and optimal scent diffusion.

5. How long do Cowshed reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers are designed to scent your space for several weeks, depending on placement and airflow in your home.

6. How do I get the most out of my diffuser?
To enjoy our fragrance sticks at their best:
- The rattan sticks naturally draw and diffuse the fragrance, so there’s no need to turn them regularly.
- Place your diffuser in an area with limited airflow to help the scent last longer.
- Avoid placing near heat sources such as radiators, as this can shorten the lifespan.

7. Do you offer refills?
At the moment, we don’t offer refills for our diffusers.
